UI/UX Designer | Careers

Job Description

Conduct research and analysis of user needs and behaviors, and translate insights into design solutions
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions to internal teams and external clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure design solutions align with business and technical requirements
Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in UX/UI design and related fields

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design or related field
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present design solutions to non-design stakeholders
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Experience with blockchain-based solutions and smart contract development
Familiarity with mobile app design principles and frameworks such as React Native and Flutter
Understanding of front-end web development frameworks such as React and Angular
Experience with design collaboration tools such as InVision or Zeplin
