We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing blockchain-based solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in various industries. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a passion for innovation.
Conduct research and analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose blockchain-based solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather and document business requirements Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira Assist with the design and development of blockchain-based solutions Provide support to development teams during the implementation phase Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the solution meets business requirements Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in blockchain technology and related fields Implement software tools commonly used by business analysts, such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Power BI, to support data analysis and visualization
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or related field Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in various industries Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience with blockchain-based solutions and smart contract development Knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, Java, and Python Understanding of data analytics, big data, and machine learning Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and web development frameworks such as React and Angular
